Bonds and Stock Purchases vs. Government Welfare

There is a difference between a "dole" and investment in shared economic interests like roads, education, and healthcare. I just have come to realize that many bonds and stock purchases are not much different than government welfare to the poor (both of which are needed), but the death and languishing of a human being, due to poverty, is far more significant and weighty a matter than the death of a corporation, due to its bad business decision making or its failure to provide an economic value. We need an entirely new economic paradigm. We need to wean ourselves from the stock market, or fundamentally change its dynamics.
