Radio West Features Author of: “Breasts: A Natural and Unnatural History”

Today, Radio West host, Doug Fabrizio, hosted Florence Williams, author of, “Breasts: A Natural and Unnatural History." This program was fascinating!

Ms. Williams indicated that breasts (which I will euphemistically refer to as dual, feminine mammary vessels), unlike the female body (which matures before high school), do almost all of their “growing up” during female adulthood and do not fully develop until the last trimester of pregnancy. (Coincidentally, this is about the same time that men mature.)

Even more interesting, these dual, feminine mammary vessels engage in an ongoing communication between the female body and them, between the world and them, and most importantly, between the newborn baby and them (they customize the milk to the baby’s needs and also load themselves up with natural medicine when the baby's sick).

It's not so much that women possess a sixth sense – or female intuition – it's that they own these dual, feminine mammary vessels that moonlight as extra-sensory perception modules.

So, men, you must no longer under-appreciate these female appendages as mere physical fleshy globules of exquisite beauty, but as the intellectual extension of your loved one’s ability to see right through you. Scary isn't it?

Men, and women, take time today to respect the DFMVs. (In all seriousness, this was a good program about an undeniably important body part – even the body part that gave our animal group its name: mammals.)
