Utah Governor Herbert said that, thus far, there have been 400 fires in Utah. Of those, 380 were man-made (many by target practice), including the currently raging Eagle Mountain/Saratoga Springs fire. Reporters kept asking the governor if there should be legal restrictions on target shooting. In election-year politics, it was fun to listen to him verbally tap dance around not saying yes, but still indicating that such laws need to be passed. Geez Louise, Governor! You're not going to lose the election simply because some gun owners don't want to use "common sense," as you kept saying. Look for regulations coming soon in a Republican-controlled government near you.
And remember: Guns don't start fires, people do.
