Never Trust a Skinny Chef?

There’s an old saying that you should “never trust a skinny chef.”  However, what if the non-skinny chef looks like his/her skin was peeled off a dead octopus, and s/he could flop over dead of a heart attack or brain aneurysm, and his/her calves are exploding from edema all at the same time, any second?
