I’ve been enjoying the latest in Artisan fruit-ripening techniques: garage-ripened tomatoes. Delicious! There was no way I was going to let all those green tomatoes (which never had the decency to ripen until it was too late) go to waste. Besides, they’re just like me. I'm a garage-ripened tomato baby – very chic, swanky, and à la mode.
