Middle Class Failed To Achieve Political Parity With the Oligarchy

We, the USA, bear part of the blame for the political instability and economic disparity throughout North and South America, due to our support of repressive elements. Through red-bating and fear, governments south of our border were able to eliminate – with our help – all attempts by the middle class and the working class to achieve political parity with the oligarchy from the 1900s through the beginning of the current century.
