On Friday, I tried my first taste of Kimchi, where my son works at the "Tofu Grill" in the Ft. Union Blvd. area, at about 1300 East, in Salt Lake City. Except for one of the dishes, which was probably too authentic for my American pallet, I survived and even flourished after finishing all. I highly recommend the place.
The restaurant displayed a chart of average obesity rates for industrialized first-world countries. How did the U.S. rate? At the top of the fat chart! South Korea? The skinniest (maybe they include the starving north?).
