In looking for the perfect spread, I found Nutella (only 3.5 grams of fat and 21 grams of sugar per serving) and peanut butter (only 3 grams of sugar and 16 grams of fat per serving). Bingo! Epiphany! I mixed them together, loaded my apple slices with the combo, and – viola! I mainlined both my fat and sugar in the same delicious spread slathered on the apple-a-day-keeps-fast-politicians-away delivery system.
