U.S. Checkerboard Governmental Birth Control

Being “NIMBY” (not in my backyard) on population growth is to restrict population density within a community. This action, by its very nature, indirectly codifies population/birth control within that area and pushes what you don't agree with (high per capita density) into another area. Let's call it “checkerboard birth/population control,” which we Americans do practice.
