While many wealthy arch conservatives may not directly believe in birth control, they do exert population and birth control indirectly (along with their liberal wealthy neighbors who, when they leave their homes and go out into the world, advocate for both). Here's how we know:
Go to any upper-end land development and study the zoning, municipal and private covenants, and restrictions on population density and what types of structures are allowed to be built within these developments. You will easily find that they exclude developments that would increase the population density and the ratio of occupied land space to open space.
Land surface hospitable for dwellings is finite. Population continues to grow. As it grows, the population density increases and comes into conflict with those who want to preserve low-density living areas. So, how will they be able to preserve their gated communities for themselves and their own class expansion from the pressure of population expansion? Easy.
Besides taking land (national parks, monuments, etc.) out of preservation, steer greater population density into ever-smaller areas of land until the stresses and desperation of an over- crowded populace explodes with violence, or disease, or is forced to suppress its own birth rate. By this means, birth/population control is, in fact, practiced worldwide. So, don't be so hypocritical about China and other countries who overtly practice it.
