My employee wanted to do something potentially illegal, and definitely immoral . . . something that corrupts those who engage in it and often spins out of control, however, something that can, on occasion (mostly in theory, but every now and then, in fact), provide the business some significant benefits.
I’ve talked to some very, very smart people who have told me it can work. That’s my opinion, so I’m going to leave it up to my employee. (Wink, wink.) I’m a leader who knows how to delegate. (This compares with what President Trump said about those who work for him regarding torture.)
