Gratefully, most governmental leaders, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers understand that there is a difference (though sometimes slight, like the line between opposing traffic lanes) between criminal culpability and civil liability. This is why many thousands upon thousands of people are not charged with crimes, including Hillary Clinton. Even if you dislike Hillary, you should be grateful for this reality.
I don't want to trivialize Hillary's email debacle, yet I would bet that we have all, sometime in our lives, technically violated the letter of the law without criminal intent. Be grateful for that fact. It protects all of us, including Hillary, from tyranny.
It is not a "rigging of the system" that stands between Hillary and Mr. Trump's call to political vigilantism, as Donald Trump recklessly states. It is the rule of law.
