As he debuted a new Trump-branded New York City condo project that was catering, in part, to Russian buyers, Trump told the Russian-language magazine, Chayka, in 2008, “By the way, I really like Vladimir Putin. I respect him. He does his job well. Much better than our Bush.” https://www.washingtonpost.com/.../bc8d752a-f2db-11e6-8d72-26 ...
This takes on new meaning when we understand that President Trump, through his surrogates, has tried to ally himself with the Russian underworld that seeks to undermine democracy in former Soviet block countries, like the Ukraine. Instead of us assisting in advancing freedom, liberty, and democracy, we will, by enabling President Trump, be advancing corruption, enslavement, and tyranny.
This very month, his personal attorney met with a Russian agent with the design to over-throw the current democratically elected president of the Ukraine.

So, why won't President Trump releases his taxes? I say, apply the rule that is applicable in civil law cases: We can only assume that it will demonstrate what he doesn't want us to know – that he is heavily indebted to Russia and has been assisting its oligarchs in laundering the spoils of corruption.
Understand that if President Trump and other multi-millionaires wanted, they could resolve much of the world's problems. However, they don't want this. It's easier to strip the wealth of a country of its resources and human capital when its government is corrupt.
