If you recall, when I asked Herb whether or not President Trump's real estate ventures created jobs, he asked me, "How many golf courses and gold Trump Towers does the world need?" I told him that I didn't think the world needed either. He then said, “Congratulations, you just figured out something that half the U.S. hasn't: If something isn't needed – especially for the guy on Main Street – does it create value?”
