I asked Herb what he thought of President Donald Trump’s “shot off the blocks” (his rough start as U.S. president).
He said the good thing about old horses is that they're going to do what they have always done. I asked him what the bad thing about them was. He said the bad thing about old horses is that they're going to do what they have always done.
“Won't that create jobs,” I asked. “Yeah, sure,” he said, “but how many golf courses and gold Trump Towers does the world need?" (That’s what he’s given the world and that’s what he’ll give.)
