The Tale of Two Custom-Made Machines & Why Journalism Is Dead

I contracted to purchase a custom-made Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita, and I told the contractor, who was building my home, how much it was costing me.  He told me I was paying too much for it. So, I canceled the contract.

Then, Koenigsegg’s “sweet-mint-gum-chewing” liberal lawyer told me I couldn’t cancel, and that if I did, I would have to pay breach of contract damages, including the setup costs and lost opportunity damages.

I then asked my KSL radio talk show host friend (who holds a BA degree in Public Broadcast Communications) if this lawyer was on the up and up. He told me his opinion was that I was paying way too much and that I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Turns out, the lawyer was right!  Now, after all the lawyer fees and damages I had to pay, it cost me the same as I would have paid for the car – but I didn’t get the car.

So, can somebody tell me what an Air-Force One Presidential Jet costs?

And, can somebody tell me what real journalism is and if it exists anymore on any of the rush-to-judgment, echo chamber “news” programs?
